An answer is any synthesis response generated by Corpussage in response to a user question. Follow-up clarification queries on the same session count as one answer. Browsing the source panel or viewing citations does not count.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. No lock-in on any plan.

No. Your organization's indexed data is never used to train Corpussage's models or any third-party models. Your corpus is used only to generate answers for your team. See our privacy policy for full details.

When you cancel, your semantic index and all associated data are deleted within 30 days. You can export a summary of your usage before cancellation. Source documents remain in their original locations and are unaffected.

Never. All integrations use read-only OAuth scopes. Corpussage cannot create, edit, or delete content in any connected source. You can revoke access at any time from the admin panel.
